MEDIATION

Based on Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2016 concerning Mediation, it opens up great opportunities for parties to resolve problems outside of court with the help of a mediator as a dispute resolution facilitator.

Our law office have lawyers who also serve as certified mediators from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) and are registered with the Supreme Court (MA) and are members of the Indonesian National Mediation Agency (BAMNI) organization, thereby providing mediation services as a step in resolving disputes outside of court.
