Dr. Andihar, S.H., M.H., M.M., C.Me., C.TL.

Founder

The founder of Global Lawyers, studied at the Faculty of Law, Batam University for the Undergraduate Program and Masters Program (Bachelor & Master) and then completed the Doctoral Program (S3) in Legal Studies at Sultan Agung Islamic University (UNISSULA).

Practicing as an Advocate and Legal Consultant since 2021, registered as a member of PERADI, a member of the Capital Market Legal Consultation Association (HKHPM) and a member of the Indonesian National Mediation Board (BAMNI).

Andi provides legal advice and views on various issues related to capital market law, financial services, money laundering, immigration law and foreign investment. Andi, in addition to his profession as an advocate, is also a non-judge mediator who resolves disputes outside of court.

Andi is also fluent in English, Mandarin and Indonesian.

Dr. Erwin Tan, S.H., M.H., C. Med., C.CA.

Managing Partner

Managing Partner at Global Lawyers, studied at the Faculty of Law, Putera Batam University (S1), Faculty of Law, Batam University (S2) and then completed the Doctoral Program (S3) in Legal Studies at Sultan Agung Islamic University (UNISSULA).

Since 2015, Erwin has been active in resolving various legal problems in a non-litigation manner in Batam City. Erwin focuses on handling cases in the fields of narcotics, immigration, human trafficking crimes, customs, fraud and embezzlement.

He is a member of PERADI (Indonesian Advocates Association), a member of KLC (Kepri Lawyers Club) and a member of HMS Times. Apart from his profession as an Advocate, Erwin is also an active non- registered litigation mediator registered as a member of the Indonesian National Mediation Agency (BAMNI) and is also an Expert Customs Legal Consultant (Certified Customs Advisor).
